TextClean is provided as a general-purpose formatting utility. It applies deterministic rules selected by you. The output may still contain mistakes, especially when repairing copied PDF text, changing case, removing characters, or processing structured content.

Your responsibility

Keep an original copy of important text and review the result before publishing, submitting, or relying on it. Do not use the service to process content you are not permitted to handle.

No warranty

TextClean is provided as-is without a promise that it will fit every document, language, browser, or workflow. It is not a substitute for professional review where accuracy has legal, medical, financial, or safety consequences.

Changes

These terms are effective 11 October 2026. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
